its that time of year again, when lush bring out their halloween and christmas products again! and you know what that means, lots of bloggers ooing and arrging over them.
Me including, i love lush, when i was in college i used to go there every week, i know a bit extreme, but they knew who i was :D haha.
so I went to lush anyway, i don't go as extreme that i did when i was younger, i only limit myself to a couple of items per visit, so this time i went for the lush fun bar in blue, and the santa sack
the first one is the lush blue, i picked this one up first and smelt it, and it is amazing, it has lavender and chamomile in it, and i thought this was the perfect relaxing bath time.
I love having baths with lots of bubbles and lots of candles and a face mask and just having a relaxing experience. I love the fact it has a sticker saying who made it and when and when to use it, i think that is the best bit of lush and it makes it feel abit more personal.
I did want the pink one aswell, because it smells just like candy, i think its off the snow fairy scent, but i thought the blue was alot more relaxing,
the best bit about the fun bar, is it is what it says, "fun" it is just like play dough you can pull bits off the bar and make shapes and things with it, i made a penguin, well attempted too, what do you think? haha
so yeah, it is abit more crumbley then play dough, but you can do so many things with it, you can use it as a bath melt/bath bubbler, hair shampoo, shower wash, and many more.
this is what i did with my little penguin, i melted him, mawwhahaha, no, i put him under running water and made lots of bubbles :D, (it is a him i dont know what his name is though)
I haven't used this bath bomb yet, but i am soo looking forward to it, it smells like pure christmas, i was thinking of saving it for my christmas shopping in november, but i dont think i can wait till then lol, so i will just have to buy another. It is such a pretty bath bomb.
You can actually re use the presents again, you know like the bubble sticks, its abit like that, you just swish it around the bath and then let it dry and then re use it.
lush say that it smells like fizzy cola drinks and zingy fruitiness, and they say it lasts for about 3 goes.
so excited to use this :D

Ooh I miss Lush, we don't have one in Fife, so always hit the ones in Edinburgh or my hometown of Glasgow. Last visit I came away with the Popcorn lip scrub, Snow Fairy and Cupcake face mask (about to apply some now, nom!) Enjoy your purchases! :) xo
ReplyDeleteoh i love the snow fairy, smells just like sweeties, its lush (haha) and i dont tend to buy the face masks, because i dont end up using them in the time limit, so i think its a waste =[

yeah, i debated between the blue and pink, but i thought the blue would be nice caz i tend to have a bath at night, so it would be nice and calming :D

DeleteI don't really buy Lush products, I tend to pop into Boots and buy the cheapest thing there, but these products sound really fun so I'm quite tempted now, especially the bath bomb that smells like Christmas, it sounds great! :)

ohhhh no, lush is so much more fun, and amazing, i dont care about the rice tag, they are the most amazing baths ive ever had!!
DeleteSantas sack lasts around 5 baths :) You can get two baths from the sack itself and then the small present does one bath and the big one does two :D I totally recommend the Melting Snowman from the christmas range, makes the bath so soothing and warm and spicy smelling xx

DeleteThat looks fun! I never liked play dough because it smells so gross, but I love chamomile so that would make it much more enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteyeah i like the smell of play dough though, this is deff lie it, but just abit more crumbly, but obviously thats because it has different ingredients in it, but u an still make cool things with it :D
