i was gonna put up my current make-up routine but ive put it on schedule because i found the most amazing chocolatey cake thing in the world.
i am getting to grips with stumble-upon at the moment and i was looking through it and found this amazing recipe.
When i was on my way home i picked up all the ingredients and gave it ago,
now i am soooo sorry i don't know who made this first, it was on a foody blog, please tell if you did because i want to give you credit for this amazing thing, omgawd it is like dying and going to heaven (abit extreme i know but true)
little step by step:
prep time: 20 mins to 40mins
cook time: 25-30mins
cool time:15mins
eat time: 10 seconds
you need
- big mixing bowl
- baking paper
- deep cooking tray
- a spatula or mixer
- scales
- Betty crocker brownie mix and chocolate chip cookie mix
- eggs
- water and oil
- Oreo's (not pictured either =/ )
- plain flour
- butter
- chocolate chips
- sugar
- vanilla essence (not pictured)
1. OK, so what you need to do first is line the deep tray with baking paper, to stick it to the tray you don't need butter, just wet the paper down squeeze the water out and de dah it sticks.
2. I didn't have a Betty crocker chocolate chip mix because they didn't sell it at my corner shop, so i made my own
3. take 125g butter and cream together then add 60g of sugar (there's going to be alot of sugar in this so you should add 100g but come on how much sugar?) and cream together along with the vanilla essence
4. add 170g of flour and a bag of chocolate chip cookies and stir till all combined and looks like a ball of dough.
5. spread out over the grease proof paper to make a thin layer
6. then take the Oreo's out the pack and place over the cookie mixture
7. take the Betty crocker brownie mix and empty it into the same bowl (if you like, don't have to, just saves on the washing up)
8. add one egg 30ml of oil and 75ml of water (it tells you how to make it on the packet) mix it all together
9. add it on top of the Oreo's and make sure there all covered and spread out evenly, don't forget to lick the spatula
(hahaha look at my eyes :D )
10. then place in a preheated oven at 200'c and leave in for about 25-30mins or when it is all cooked through evenly
11. check by poking a fork or knife through it then let it cool
12. when cool cut up into chunks, serve on a plate either by itself or with some icecream
12. ENJOY!
yes. I am not a very good foody picture taker, i will leave tht to the professions, but omgawd its to die for!
hope you enjoy
